Were on the lookout for a Supply Chain Project Lead to take charge of critical initiatives that shape the future of our operations.

The Challenge

As we take on more complex initiatives across our supply chain were facing a gap in project leadership we need strong strategic minds who can not only plan but also drive execution to results. Youll be stepping in to lead high-impact projects from strategy to implementation ensuring were resourced properly aligned on priorities and seeing real progress. If youre someone who thrives on turning ideas into action and keeping cross-functional teams moving this role is for you.

Early Success Milestones for this role

• Able to understand the ins and outs of the supply chain operations
• Deliver results by leading 1-2 Kaizen projects

Your Team When You Join Us

Youll be part of our Supply Chain Team made up of 28 team members all reporting directly to our Supply Chain Manager based in China. You will also lead 2 direct reports. Its a fast-paced collaborative team focused on driving operational excellence across our global e-commerce operations.

We would love to hear from you if

• You have 510 years of experience in supply chain or logistics ideally within cross-border e-commerce operations.
• Youve worked in a top-tier e-commerce company (e.g. Alibaba Level 5 TikTok Level 2-1) and understand how high-performing supply chain teams operate at scale.
• Shopify experience is a big plus!
• Youre confident with project management data analysis and working with ERP/WMS systems to drive decisions and improvements.
• You can use English as a working language. Fluent writing and reading is acceptable if the rest of your experience is a strong fit.
• Youre organized meticulous and a critical thinker who can communicate clearly and drive results.
• Youve worked with SQL Python dbt BI tools ETL tools like Fivetran or Airbyte or alerting tools like Monte Carlo or Airflow (not required but a plus).

• This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
• This role is only for candidates who are currently based in China.
• You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day 40 hours per week.
• We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( to track hours worked.

Compensation

• 10-20 EUR/hour performance bonus 75 EUR for health stipend
