Performance Expectations:
Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
Top 3 Required skills: GIS Development with ArcGIS Web App Builder Able to communicate with Business stakeholders to capture business requirements Review and Lead the development team work.
Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 10
Must haves:
- 10 year of experience in ArcGIS Development and Esri Technologies
- Strong working experience with ArcGIS Suites including ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro ArcObjects ArcSDE ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Web App Builder
- Experience in GIS based web application development using JavaScript TypeScript jQuery HTML CSS Bootstrap
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
- Supporting team in developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components.
- Be able to communicate with End users and understand end-user requirements.
- Supporting team in developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components.
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Monitoring and improving application performance.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users
Good to haves:
- Working experience with ArcGIS Web Experience Builder
- Strong working experience in developing applications using ArcGIS JavaScript 4.x
- Strong working experience in developing Oracle Packages / Procedures / functions & PLSQL
- Supporting integrative systems and Integrate data storage solutions.
- Extend support in design and create effective applications.
