Open Position: General Manager, Operations and Sales (Regional Precision Manufacturing Company)

A Regional Precision Manufacturing Company is looking for General Manager to lead the business in Johor, including one manufacturing plant.

Key requirements include:

Responsible for the P&L of the plant and continuous process improvement to achieve cost savings.

Oversee production, procurement, planning, warehousing, engineering and quality.

Develop and move strategy to grow profitability and meet financial goals.

Build new relationships with clients and maintain relationship with current clients.

Oversee the Sales team in the country.

Liaise with regional plants for semi finished goods to the countries.

Strong Engineering background, especially in precision manufacturing and customizable products (foam and elastomer)

Strong consumer products market knowledge.

Possess strong business acumen.

More than 15 years in Manufacturing background.

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering.
