Efficiency Specialist Procurement Shared Service Center Contract - Infineon Technologies

• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency within the organization
• Analyze and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate & work together with stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
• Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations of automations/improvements.
• Train and educate stakeholders on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop technical automations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and measure the success of efficiency initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to efficiency and process improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to drive longterm efficiency gains.
• Audit coordinating by scheduling calls with the sites gathering data from all stakeholders coordinating slides updates and audit calendar updates.
• Handling of audit related open topics.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technologies Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 35 years working experiences in data analytics field.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement solutions
• Proven experience in process improvement and efficiency implementation
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting collecting data cleaning data developing calculations publishing and analyzing results
• Good command of MS Office especially Excel (e.g. Macros Power Query) and data visualization tools. Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of process automation tools and low code applications.
