Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in sales and sales operations customer service team leadership and business development particularly within the extendedstay market.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities enabling the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and team members.

Strong organizational aptitude adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective analytical and problemsolving skills.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.

Capability to thrive under pressure and excel in fastpaced environments.

Main Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute strategies to optimize the hotels Long Stay business.

Manage Long Stay guests concerns fostering positive relationships to ensure elevated levels of guest satisfaction.

Lead the Sales team in crafting and executing sales plans and objectives to surpass predetermined targets set by management.

Devise strategies to expand into new target markets and secure new accounts for the hotel.

Represent the hotel at key networking and industry events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Ensure adherence to company policies rules and regulations providing guidance to the Sales Team on compliance when necessary.

Assist the Sales Team in handling challenging clients complex contracts and customer complaints.

Aid the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) in the annual budgeting process and preparation of the annual Reserved Rates Proposal.

Participate in Company Auditrelated activities as required.

Generate periodic sales reports as requested by the DOSM and senior management.

Monitor competitors performance on a weekly and monthly basis staying abreast of their activities and promptly informing management for necessary action.

Stay abreast of hotel industry trends market conditions and economic factors affecting the industry.

Develop rate strategies by analyzing competitive data demand trends and market dynamics.

Effectively communicate and maintain diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders in various situations.

Fulfill additional duties and ad hoc projects assigned by the DOSM.
