Responsibilities:
- Overseeing CRM SAP and Web issues tracking and managing related communication with business stakeholders.
- Handling IT requests and incidents reported by the Service Desk or N2 support.
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of CRM SAP and WEB processes.
- Ensuring the quality of CRM SAP and Web services provided according to KPIs.
- Monitoring the GLPI platform to resolve all CRM SAP and WEB requests and incidents according to SLAs.
- Generating and sending reports and analyses related to the jobspecific at the request of the direct manager.
- Complying with SLA requirements deadlines and rolespecific procedures.
- Coordinates and supports the CRM SAP and WEB teams to ensure optimal deployment of activities.
- Monitors the teams daily activity in GLPI.
- Monitors and requests corrections for incorrectly recorded tickets (group category engineer source).
- Proposes improvement solutions based on the analysis of KPIs processes and procedures.
- Coordinates and mediates team meetings informs and presents the team with best practices in activity and facilitates the constant achievement of objectives.
Requirements:
- Higher education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical domain (Application Support Level 2).
- People Management: experience in coordinating a team (minimum 3 years).
- Experience or knowledge of SAP Web and CRM applications.
- Proficient in French (advanced level) and English.
