Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

We are looking for a numbers whiz who loves a challenge!

Responsibilities:

• Wrangle the financials: Take charge of monthly accounts keeping everything balanced and accurate (reconciliations payables receivables youll own).
• Manage the money flow: Track daily cash and ensure the bank statements match up.
• Be the teams financial backbone: Jump in to help with daily operations and reporting.
• Own the numbers: Prepare adhoc reports to give management the necessary insights.
• Talk the talk: Communicate effectively with auditors tax pros bankers and other important contacts.

What were looking for:

• Education: Diploma in Accounting or a similar qualification. LCCI Higher or partprofessional is a big plus!
• Got the experience At least 2 years of handson work managing accounts.
• Industry bonus: Experience in property development/construction is a huge advantage.
• Driven and proactive: A cando attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
• Integrity & personality count BIG: We need someone trustworthy mature and easy to work with.
• A selfstarter with topnotch communication skills: Able to work independently and communicate ideas in English and Mandarin.
• Software savvy: Knowing IFCA/ACCWIN is a definite plus.
