KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HUMAN RESOURCE;
- Support recruitment processes including job posting shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records contracts and HR files in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
- Administer payroll inputs and support the preparation of monthly pay slips.
- Manage employee leave tracking and staff attendance records.
- Facilitate performance review processes and provide follow-up support.
- Coordinate employee welfare health insurance and engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure confidential reporting procedures are respected.
- Handle CMA issues

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in HR and administration.
- Solid understanding of Tanzanian labor laws HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in handling payroll staff welfare and administrative processes.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks across locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software tools is an added advantage.
