Job Summary:
As a Retail Business Solutions Specialist you will engage with business customers in a dynamic retail environment introducing them to innovative Apple and third-party technology solutions that transform the way they work. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping businesses grow by understanding their needs presenting tailored solutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from discovery through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with business customers by understanding their unique goals and challenges and recommending the right products and services.
Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement in-depth consultations and expert product knowledge.
Act as a subject matter expert on business-focused solutions providing guidance to team members and mentoring them on supporting business customers effectively.
Facilitate business-focused events training sessions and workshops to educate customers and colleagues on Apple ecosystem solutions and offerings.
Collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional partners to align customer needs with appropriate account transition strategies.
Manage a pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools to track customer interactions forecast growth and ensure follow-through.
Maintain strong knowledge of all business programs tools and policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Support various store initiatives including customer-facing activities and events contributing to a positive team culture.
Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing the unique perspectives of customers and colleagues.
Uphold Apples core values in all customer interactions and team collaborations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in business sales account management or customer consulting.
Strong understanding of how technology can solve business challenges.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Passion for innovation customer success and continuous learning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work cross-functionally.
