We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing strategic partnerships and leading a high-performing sales team to scale Naeems impact in the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to refine sales tactics.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients working closely with customer success teams.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Represent Naeem at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) in B2B sales preferably in SaaS tech solutions or beauty & personal care industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-growing market.
- Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
- A deep understanding of the Saudi market and beauty industry trends is a plus.
