Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes where applicable.
Provide accurate information about the property amenities local attractions and services.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency escalating when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception or guest area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Document and report guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Uphold the companys brand standards and policies in all guest interactions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with reservation and front desk software (if applicable).
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
