Job Description

Position: Technical Customer Support Agent
Location: Sofia Bulgaria OR Plovdiv Bulgaria
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote 2 days on-site per week)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary performance bonus


We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems engaging with customers and providing excellent service while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support over the phone in alignment with company standards.

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers on requests and cases.

  • Promote and educate customers on relevant products and services using a sales-through-service approach when appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate records and update the internal database.

  • Use specialized software to resolve queries and support internal systems.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive customer-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Patience empathy and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.

  • High level of self-discipline confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Previous customer service or communication experience is an advantage.
