Were looking for a Technical Support Agent to join the First Response Team. This role is all about being the first friendly voice our clients hear when they face IT issues. Youll help solve everyday problems guide users through technical challenges and make sure they feel supported at every step.
Be the first point of contact for IT queries via phone email or system.
Troubleshoot hardware software and connection issues.
Pass on more complex issues to senior colleagues when needed.
Keep clients updated so they always feel in safe hands.
At least 1 year of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux plus everyday Microsoft applications.
Basic understanding of networking and servers.
Good communication skills in English (Maltese is a plus).
A positive problem-solving approach and a focus on helping people.
A valid driving licence and clean conduct.
IT certifications (CompTIA Microsoft Cisco) are a bonus but not required.
