Job Summary:
MTS is seeking a Fulltime experienced SAP Applications Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the companys SAP system implementation. The role involves managing all SAP modules including (FI Budget MM SD PP HCM and any other modules in the future) ensuring seamless integration between processes and supporting technical and administrative departments to improve operational efficiency. The SAP Manager will also act as the primary point of contact with the contracted support company to ensure smooth system operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP System Management:
- Supervise the operation of SAP modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and address the technical issues that may arise promptly.
- Coordination with Support Company:
- Liaise between MTS and the contracted SAP support company.
- Ensure that technical support requests are addressed timely and efficiently.
- Integration and Optimization:
- Oversee the integration between SAP modules to support MTS business processes.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and/or process improvements.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide guidance and support to MTS endusers across departments.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP modules.
- Implementation and Projects:
- Lead and manage SAPrelated projects such as module upgrades and/or new module(s) implementation.
- Collaborate with internal MTS teams to ensure timely and quality project s) delivery.
- Data Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that the implemented SAP modules adhere strictly to company policies and standards.
- Implement measures to safeguard sensitive company data.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop reports using SAP tools and/or other reporting tools/ programs to address adhoc inquiries and/or support decisionmaking.
Job Requirements:
Academic Core Skills and Experience
- Academic Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or business administration.
- SAP certification(s) is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing SAP projects mainly encompassing FI and MM modules.
- Experience with PP HCM and SD modules would be a plus.
- Proven track record of working with SAP support companies.
