PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As part of the Cloud Lifecycle Management organization we specialize in automating the delivery updating upgrading and decommissioning of the entire SAP software portfolio for our customers. We leverage the latest technologies to provide both Cloud and On-Premise solutions.

Our mission is to design develop deliver operate and document state-of-the-art cloud services that enable customers to monitor and manage their SAP business applications in a cloud-based environment (public hybrid and private).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a Graphic Design and Marketing Communications intern to join our team of highly skilled User Assistance developers and UX this cross-functional role you will have the chance to handle a wide range of tasks including designing presentations writing effective blog posts handling internal communications and developing promotional content for our software products. You will collaborate extensively with product managers and other colleagues gaining insights into cross-functional teamwork and refining your expertise in marketing communications and design.

You will be part of a collaborative positive and diverse working environment consisting of established professionals and young talents.

Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging product presentations videos and various marketing materials
• Designing templates for PPT presentations reference stories and one-pagers
• Developing and maintaining the visual identity of the organization
• Enhancing the design and structure of internal sites
• Designing infographics charts and visualizations
• Creating communication and marketing materials such as emails blog posts and newsletters
• Preparing assets for internal and external events
• Ensuring consistency and usability across different platforms and print materials
• Presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback
• Following the SAP Brand Identity Guidelines for all asset creation
• Working with Adobe products MS PowerPoint Camtasia Canva and many more

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Skills and Competencies:

• University student majoring in Marketing Graphic Design Communications or a related field
• Passion for design and visual storytelling
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator and Canva
• Good command of MS Office tools (Word Outlook PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations
• Creative thinking
• Attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international team
• Very good organizational skills
• Experience in video editing and copywriting is a plus
