Our client a reputable company in the aviation catering industry is seeking a proactive and organized Senior Procurement Coordinator to manage the end-to-end procurement process. This role is integral to ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have solid procurement experience strong supplier management skills and a firm grasp of tender procedures cost analysis and procurement systems.
Responsibilities
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment services and supplies.
- Experience in Tender procedure to suppliers.
- Following and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing comparing analyzing approving products & services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information delivery times product ranges etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing cost analyses and reports.
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring adherence to policies and processes.
Requirements
- University Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Studies or related field.
- PSPTB or CIPS Certification
- Min. 3 years of successful previous experience in the corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and capacity to work under pressure;
- Excellent computer skills specially of EXCEL; PP;
- Proactive well organized problem solving; dedicated; team-player.
- Confidence in Procurement Environment
- Excellent (fluent) verbal and written communications skills in English.
