About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a contract Study Coordinator to support an important clinical project in Belgium. The ideal candidate should know Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and be able to communicate well in English.
This is a full-time role but lower FTE availability will also be taken into consideration.
Please keep in mind that this is a 6-months-long contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with sponsors agencies and ethics committees
- Communication and coordination of monitors and audits
- Communication with patients within the recruitment/scheduling
- Respond to Feasibility-Questions
- Compilation of study-relevant documents including maintenance of corresponding PC folders / structures
- Participation in investigator meetings and study-specific appointments
- Control of and archiving of study documents
- Regulation and cooperation with external service providers (e.g. laboratory)
- Maintenance of study overviews control of compliance with study budget
Qualifications:
- Professional experience as Study Nurse/Study Coordinator or completed full university degree in a natural science field
- Good knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and AM
- Good regulatory skills
- Knowledge about clinical studies
- Good command of English both written and spoken
