Job Description

Contract & Risk Database Coordinator - Temp role

Location: London/ Billericay

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: 6 week temp role with scope for extension

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

What youll do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Contract & Risk Database Coordinator to support the build-out of our contract and contractual risk repository. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised confident navigating across different areas of the business and comfortable handling legal and commercial documentation.

Over the course of the four-month assignment you will collect review and record contractual information as well as support user communications and training on the contract repository platform.

This is a fixed-term 6 week temp role with lots of scope for extension ideally suited to candidates available to start promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with colleagues across various departments to identify gather and catalogue contractual documents.

  • Build strong working relationships to encourage engagement and timely provision of materials.
  • Review contracts and where required identify and extract key terms obligations and risk information.
  • Accurately populate and maintain records within the contract and risk database.
  • Assist in drafting user guidance materials FAQs and training resources to promote effective use of the repository.
  • Support internal communications and roll-out activities to onboard teams to the new system.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and improve the consistency of information captured.
  • Provide feedback on processes and contribute ideas to enhance the repositorys usability.


What were looking for:

  • Prior experience working with contracts legal documents or records management (experience in a legal compliance procurement or commercial environment is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
