Follow up on employee attendance contracts leaves and disciplinary actions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Act as a liaison between Tawzef and client HR departments.
Prepare simple reports and updates on personnel matters.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or any relevant field.
Fresh graduates or 0 1 year of experience in HR/personnel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site and conduct regular client visits.
Basic understanding of Egyptian labor law is a plus.
Presentable organized and client-focused.
