We are currently seeking a skilled and capable Human Resources Manager to strengthen our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to enhancing our overall organization by overseeing a range of HR functions including recruitment employee relations and performance management. The candidate should exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a strategic mindset.
Job PurposeOur Human Resources Manager aims to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee development all while aligning with and pursuing our organizations goals. With a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR policies the manager is not only responsible for assuring compliance but also tasked with utilizing their strong communication and strategic thinking skills to resolve conflicts and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance HR functions including recruitment employee relations and performance management.
