Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships delivering high-quality service and driving business growth through strategic account handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the E&Y account ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor account performance prepare reports and suggest improvements.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business processes and objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven experience as an Account Manager preferably in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Experience working with or for large consulting firms (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
