Job Description
Position: R&D Manager – Homecare
Location: Tangerang Indonesia
About the Role
Our client a leading homecare manufacturing company is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to drive innovation and oversee multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects within the homecare category.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning development and execution of NPD projects for homecare products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing production quality) to ensure product feasibility quality and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify innovation opportunities.
- Manage formulation improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in R&D with a proven track record in multiple NPD launches in homecare products (e.g. detergents cleaning agents air care).
- Strong project management leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in homecare manufacturing.
