الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee and manage daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Handle budgeting cost control and financial reporting for the venue.
- Lead the recruitment training and performance management of a high-performing team.
- Plan and coordinate engaging events and promotions to attract and retain clientele.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospitality industry laws and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bar club or restaurant management.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership sales and financial management.
- Proven track record in business development and marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing events to boost guest engagement and brand appeal.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian hospitality laws and regulations (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal organisational and decision-making skills.
