Scaffolding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding crews in the erection alteration and dismantling of all types of scaffolding systems (tube & clamp system scaffolding mobile towers etc.).
  

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations risk assessments and method statements.
  

• Inspect scaffolds daily and maintain scaffold inspection records.
  

• Interpret scaffolding drawings and ensure structures are built to specification.
  

• Conduct toolbox talks safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE.
  

• Coordinate with site management and other trades to plan scaffold requirements and access solutions.
  

• Maintain inventory of scaffolding materials and ensure proper storage transport and tracking.
  

• Ensure all scaffolding work meets company and client quality standards and relevant codes (e.g. OSHA BS EN CISRS).
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or scaffolding certification (e.g. CISRS Supervisor OSHA Scaffolding Competent Person SAIA) preferred.
  

• 5 years of scaffolding experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  

• Deep knowledge of scaffolding systems load capacities and safety procedures.
