Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential customers via phone and chat clearly explaining the benefits of our coding programs answering inquiries and converting leads into successful enrollments.

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using prepared scripts
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and chat promptly and professionally
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right program
- Close sales and achieve or exceed daily/weekly targets
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Process course enrolments and follow up on pending leads
- Redirect qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
- Handle customer objections and grievances professionally
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat engagement
- Maintain detailed records of conversations feedback and outcomes
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in a sales-related role
- Strong verbal communication and professional chat etiquette
