The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong background in medical or dermatology devices excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
This role includes direct responsibility for the companys key accounts and ensuring the achievement of sales and collection targets through strategic planning team leadership and customer-centric engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales and collection targets.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through regular support feedback and recognition.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for dermatology products in alignment with company goals.
Manage relationships with high-value clients providing tailored support and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Represent Pulse Medical to dermatologists surgeons clinics and hospitals as a trusted partner and product expert.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys market share in the assigned area.
Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Support marketing efforts by participating in industry events workshops and product launches.
Oversee the entire sales process including quotations negotiations orders deliveries and post-sales follow-up.
Ensure proper installation setup training and maintenance support for customers using Pulse Medical equipment.
Provide regular sales performance reports forecasts and market insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Science Biomedical Engineering Pharmacy Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales preferably in dermatology.
Proven experience in managing sales teams and overseeing key client accounts.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to motivate and inspire teams toward target achievement
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the dermatology devices market and customer needs
Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales and client success
