We re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our outreach engine with high-quality leads that convert. You ll research and enrich contact lists segment by persona and use smart tools (like Clay ZoomInfo and ChatGPT) to deliver ready-to-engage leads for our sales team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and data operations ideal for someone who loves digging into ICPs testing enrichment workflows and powering outbound campaigns with precision.

Build lead lists using scraping and enrichment tools (e.g. Clay ZoomInfo Lusha Apollo)
Segment prospects based on firmographics technographics and intent signals
Enrich and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy before uploading to CRM
Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to map leads to sequences and messaging tracks
Use ChatGPT or Notion AI to auto-generate short intros or research snippets for personalization
Monitor outbound performance and adjust sourcing based on reply/conversion data
Maintain list hygiene and update lead statuses in the CRM and outreach platforms

Build initial list of 500 leads matching ICP across key industries
Document lead research and enrichment process

Deliver 1500 verified leads per month to SDR team
