Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Associate to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various Human Capital Consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in Human Capital Consulting services including Total Rewards Organization Design Workforce Planning Talent Management and Employee Engagement to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage and oversee human capital consulting projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective relationship management acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Leverage an extensive client network to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting with a strong project management background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A robust network within the industry is highly desirable.
