Youll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of not just one but two successful agencies: 2x10 (Digital Innovation) and Blue Monkeys (Full Service Digital Marketing).

This role isnt just about high-level planningits about rolling up your sleeves and jumping in to tackle the most critical hands-on challenges across both agencies. Tasks

As the Founders Associate youll be a versatile force multiplier tackling both high-level projects and day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will be organized into a few main areas:

Strategic & Operational Excellence

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing how we work. Your focus will be on getting your hands dirty to improve our systems and processes across both agencies.

• Enhance and create efficient workflows to optimize and automate operations across all teams.
• Evaluate recommend and implement new digital systems and tools to boost our productivity and collaboration.
• Provide hands-on support for a range of functions from Controlling and Accounting to Inventory Management and supply chain optimization.

Team & Cross-Functional Support

You will serve as a central support system ensuring that our teams have everything they need to succeed.

• Assist our product teams by jumping in on client projects as needed to ensure successful delivery and a smooth workflow.
• Act as a central point of contact to ensure seamless collaboration for all team members.

Special Projects & Initiatives

You will work side-by-side with the Managing Partner on the most important projects that dont fit into a specific department.

• Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner on high-priority special projects that drive the overall strategic direction of both companies.

Requirements

Were looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background a passion for problem-solving and hands-on mentality.

• Mindset: You must be a systems thinkerable to see how two distinct businesses can work together more efficiently. You should be proactive with a keen ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Skills: Strong communication organizational and time management skills are essential. You should be proficient with various digital tools and platforms or a fast digital learner.
• Experience: There is no need for vast experience in the world of agencies adaptability and motivation for fast context switches and new challenges is enough. Prior work experience is still absolutely a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is a must for this role as we have an international team. Fluent German is not a requirement but a clear plus.
