Job Description
The Distribution Systems Manager is the principal architect and technical leader in the Information Technology Function function at JR286 responsible for designing developing and supporting Distribution and Logistics solutions. This role partners with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business process improvements application enhancements and system integrations across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a passion for exploring emerging technologiesincluding AI-driven solutionsto drive innovative outcomes and optimize Distribution and Supply Chain performance. This is a hybrid role based out of the JR286 Headquarters in Torrance CA.

SolutionDesign&SystemsImprovement:
- Leadtheend-to-enddesigndevelopmentandimplementationofKrber/HighJumpWMSwithafocusonmanagingglobalsupplychainanddistributionprocesses.
- Providehigh-qualitytechnicalsupportacrossgloballogisticsandwarehousemanagementfunctions.
- ProvidefunctionalandtechnicalsupportforKrber/HighJumpWMSapplication
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:
- Serveasastrategicliaisonbetweendepartments(CustomerServiceDistributionandLogisticsOperations)togatherdetailedbusinessrequirementsandtranslatethemintotechnicalsolutionspecifications.
- Participateinandleadfunctionalandtechnicaldesignsessionstodeliveroptimumbusinesssolutions.
- PartnerwithinternalresourcesincludingOffshoredevelopmentteamDBAsandInfrastructureteamtoensuresolutionsaredeliveredinalignmentwithbusinessobjectives
ProcessOptimization&TechnicalInnovation:
- Collaboratewithkeybusinessuserstooptimizeandautomateprocessesleveragingadvancedtechnologies.
- ChampioncontinuousimprovementinitiativesthroughtheadoptionofagilemethodologiesandbestpracticesinSDLC.
Integration&Reporting:
- Designdeveloptestandsupportintegrationsbetweeninternalsystems(OracleEBSR12Krber/HighJumpWMS)andexternalpartners(FreightForwarders3PLWarehousesetc.).
- DevelopanddocumentlogicalframeworksforanalyticalvisualizationsandreportsfrommultipledatasourcesusingSQLandtoolssuchasDomoorTableauandDomo.
Leadership&Mentorship:
- Fosteracooperativeenvironmentandacultureofknowledgesharingthatembodiesorganizationanddepartmentscorevalues.
- Providetechnicalguidanceandmentorshiptoteammembersensuringhigh-qualitysystemarchitectureandeffectiveproblemresolution.
