We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team with professionalism warmth and a commitment to service excellence.

What Youll Be Responsible For:
Lead train and motivate front desk associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Oversee daily operations of the front desk including check-ins check-outs guest requests and issue resolution
Uphold Marriott brand standards in every aspect of guest service and presentation
Manage guest concerns with empathy and efficiency ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accuracy of reservations room inventory and billing processes
Partner with other departments (Housekeeping Engineering Sales) to deliver seamless service
Monitor and drive key performance indicators including guest satisfaction scores and service recovery trends
Ensure compliance with Marriott policies and franchise operating procedures
Who You Are:
A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused and service-oriented with a positive attitude
Calm under pressure and skilled in conflict resolution
Detail-driven and organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using hotel management systems (FSPMS experience preferred)
What Were Looking For:
2 years of front office or supervisory hotel experience (Marriott experience preferred)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Proficiency FSPMS and Marriott systems a plus
Excellent communication conflict-resolution and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends evenings and holidays
Passion for hospitality and a heart for service
The annual salary range is $69000 to $75000.
