Project Manager - Oil and Gas Tank Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the construction of largescale oil and gas storage tanks as part of a landmark development in NEOM Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex EPC projects within the oil and gas or heavy industrial sector with a focus on tank fabrication erection and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of the oil & gas tank construction project from planning to handover.

Oversee project to ensure timely delivery within budget and to required quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure all project milestones are achieved.

Manage subcontractors site teams and interface with consultants and clients.

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations project specifications and QA/QC protocols.

Control project risks manage variations and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Lead project planning resource allocation and cost control efforts.

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 4 6 years of experience as an architectural draftsman in the construction industry preferably within the GCC.

Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other drafting/design software.

Familiarity with Saudi building codes and authority requirements is preferred.

Solid understanding of architectural details materials and construction methods.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
