Position Title: Business Development Manager
Reports To: Director of Business Development

Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects. They also manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends competition and potential customers.
- Evaluate and present new business opportunities to senior management.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients and decisionmakers.
- Create strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Foster and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Understand the needs of clients and respond effectively with a plan of action.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure clients are satisfied and receive the services they need.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Proposal Development:
- Write and oversee the creation of proposals and client contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proposals and contracts are comprehensive and beneficial to both parties.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation of new business initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with the finance team warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
- Networking:
- Attend seminars conferences and events to network with industry professionals.
- Build and maintain a professional network to expand the companys business reach.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on the status of new business initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and achievements.
- Others:
- Stay uptodate with digital technology & market trends.
- Manage communications through in person by phone media relations social media etc.
- Help build positive relations within the team.
- Prepare daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports to client and top management.
- Represent the company in internal and external meetings/committees/organizations with excellence
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Support other team members as needed and when required
- Proficiency in both written Arabic and English is required
- Additional may be given as needed and when neede.
- Flexibility to accommodate afterhours commitments as needed.
- Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development sales or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record / experience in business development or sales or a relevant role.
- Excellent at building proposals & reports with design.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
