Why this role

Our Country Manager for Saudi Arabia will drive yearoveryear revenue growth developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition strategies. You will drive long term success with a focus on strategic development coaching and building on Coheres presence in the region. In this leadership role you will be pivotal in cultivating and guiding our Sales team to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals.

As our Country Manager you will:

  • Develop execute and lead a gotomarket growth strategy & strategic sales plan for the country driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Assume coordination of our anchor partnership in the country working alongside our global account team.

  • Provide sales and operational leadership to Coheres cross functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Product and Engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

  • Act as the primary representative of Cohere in the local market promoting the companys vision products and services.

  • Represent at industry events conferences & networking opportunities and with regulators & government agencies in partnership with our Head of Global Public Sector and Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy

  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise level clients and partners to ensure Coheres success in the region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities negotiating and closing highvalue deals.

  • Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise level project implementations. Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.

  • Analyze and report on local market trends opportunities client needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:

  • 15 years of experience driving revenue growth and leading gotomarket efforts for a technologyfocused organization/vendor/consultancy in the region.

  • Proven track record leading enterpriselevel consultative solution sales and business development efforts in the region coupled with a strong understanding of regional GTM strategy customer success and resource allocation.

  • Track record of successfully partnering with consulting firms systems integrators and enterprise level clients including pitching negotiation and closing deals.

  • Wellestablished network of seniorlevel contacts across sectors.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build crossfunctional relationships and influence at all levels.

  • Comfort working in a matrixed environment pulling together flying formations from cross functional teams & regions without the need for large direct organization.

  • Selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently rollup sleeves and drive impact as a builder.

  • Experience in AI or a related industry is highly desirable.
