Our area of expertise is in Executive Recruitment and Selection Headhunting and Personality Assessment.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

(Based in Bannerghatta Road Bengaluru)

ORGANIZATION:

Reporting to the Country Manager in India you will be responsible for delivering search assignments for our clients in India as well as the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with our consultants in Singapore New Zealand China and the UK and support them for recruitment and business development activities.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the sourcing and preselection for Recruitment and Selection projects in APAC region.
  
• Source head hunt and attract candidates through databases online job portals social media etc.
  
• Conduct competencybased interviews and filter candidates for open mandates.
  
• Prepare and post job advertisement to appropriate job boards and media platforms.
  
• Support the consultants in building prospect list and preparing business intelligence reports for development of business opportunities in the region.
  
• Facilitate and administer tests for search and selection assignments.
  

Requirements

• You have a bachelor s degree in any field of study. A master s degree in business is preferred.
  
• Atleast 7 to 10 years of work experience as a senior researcher/ senior recruiter in a consulting firm or corporate HR environment
  
• Hands on experience with various search and selection processes (resume screening market mapping headhunting phone interviewing reference check etc.)
  
• Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• You are committed and passionate about your work and enjoy talent scouting.
  
• You are interested in making a career in Executive search and HR Consulting industry.
