This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer interactions providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

Fresh Grads & Dropouts can apply
Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Problem-solving active listening and attention to detail
Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is a must
Proficiency in professional Phone Etiquette and communication techniques is a plus
