This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
- Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

What were looking for:
Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
Problem-solving active listening & attention to detail
Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
