- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Analyze technical problems and ensure timely resolution
- Document incidents troubleshooting steps and resolutions in support systems
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and knowledge bases
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- English level: B2 / C1
- Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Location: New Cairo
