Our client is a Media & Social Networking company seeking to hire a Executive Assistant to be based in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars schedule meetings coordinate travel arrangements and organize agendas.
- Handle external communications professionally (emails phone calls client and vendor interactions).
- Prepare and manage presentations reports documentation and meeting minutes.
- Oversee billing processes petty cash management and vendor relationships.
- Manage administrative and HR tasks including payroll processing recruitment support attendance tracking and employee file maintenance.
- Coordinate Lebanese NSSF-related documentation and compliance tasks.
- Ensure smooth office operations and effective office management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho suite (CRM billing HR modules) and full Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling Lebanese NSSF payroll and HR administrative responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality demonstrate professionalism and work independently.
