The department is responsible for providing guidance on Talent & Culture processes and policies fostering a workplace culture that aligns with the organizations core values. This position demands the highest level of professionalism discretion and dedication to quality in every aspect of your responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Employee Services Manager ensuring clear and transparent communication is maintained at all times and within required timelines
- Maintain flexibility to meet operational needs including working outside standard hours as and when required.
- The ideal candidate should possess an energetic dynamic and approachable personality creating a welcoming presence for colleagues seeking support or clarification regarding staff accommodation matters
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach be a team player showing a consistent can-do attitude and reliable presence in all matters.
- Independently handling assignments with minimum supervision and completing company standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies labor law regulations brand standards and audit requirements.
- Limit the use of mobile phones for personal reasons during working hours to maintain a professional and productive environment.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior in attendance punctuality grooming and adherence to company policies.
- Encourage and enforce workplace discipline in alignment with the companys code of conduct.
- Demonstrates a passion for sports and recreational activities with the ability to effectively plan and organize colleague engagement initiatives and sporting events in staff housing.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for process enhancement and support the implementation of improved T&C practices.
- Stay updated on evolving trends in talent & culture employee well-being and organizational development to contribute valuable insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
- Support other responsibilities related to the project as assigned.
