QAQC Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and detailoriented QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for a major infrastructure project in NEOM Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in largescale construction or oil & gas projects particularly in tank construction steel structures and pipeline systems.

The QA/QC Manager will ensure all work complies with applicable codes standards project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with international standards and project requirements.

Supervise and manage the QA/QC team including inspectors and document controllers.

Conduct and oversee inspection and testing activities for incoming materials inprocess work and final products.

Ensure compliance with API ASME ASTM ISO and other applicable standards for oil and gas tank construction.

Review and approve method statements inspection and test plans (ITPs) quality procedures and technical documentation.

Coordinate with the construction team subcontractors and client representatives to resolve qualityrelated issues.

Lead internal audits manage NCRs (nonconformance reports) and ensure timely corrective actions.

Prepare and submit all quality documentation including QC dossiers and turnover packages for project handover.

Provide training and mentoring to QA/QC staff to ensure consistent application of quality practices.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Civil or Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of QA/QC experience with at least 5 years in oil & gas or industrial construction projects.

Experience working on EPC or tank construction projects is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API 650/653 ASME ISO 9001.

Familiarity with NEOM Aramco or other mega projects in the GCC is a plus.

Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001 is highly preferred.

Proficient in QA/QC documentation inspection tools and reporting systems.

Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
