Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Reporting & Insights Solutions
You plays a key role in designing user-centric reporting and analytics solutions that drive business decisions. This role focuses on UI/UX design understanding met and unmet user needs and translating complex business requirements into scalable and intuitive data solutions.
You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders data analysts and the data management team to define and optimize reporting and dashboard solutions on Google Cloud and Tableau. Your work will ensure that reports are not just data-rich but insight-driven user-friendly and fit for purpose.
Responsibilities
User-Centered Design & Business Engagement
Conduct user research interviews and workshops to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Apply UI/UX best practices to design intuitive dashboards that enhance decision-making.
Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to visualize reporting solutions.
Identify pain points unmet needs and opportunities to improve existing reports and dashboards.
Solution Design & Business Requirements
Translate user insights into clear business requirements for reporting solutions.
Define key metrics KPIs and data visualization approaches to align with business goals.
Work with the Data Management Lead to ensure data structures and models meet reporting needs.
Design user journeys for how HR professionals interact with dashboards self-service reports and ad-hoc analytics.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a bridge between HR business teams and technical teams ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and business-relevant.
Partner with Data Analysts and Engineers to ensure reporting solutions align with data architecture.
Lead testing and feedback cycles with users to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
Provide training and documentation to enable HR teams to self-serve insights.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in business UX/UI Design Data Analytics or a related field.
Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst UX Designer or Reporting Specialist.
Hands-on experience with Tableau Google Cloud (Big Query) and SQL.
Knowledge of HR Analytics or experience working in People Analytics is a plus.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong UI/UX design skills for reporting and dashboard solutions.
Expertise in user research journey mapping and usability testing.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.
Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles (preferably in Tableau).
Experience working with Google Cloud BigQuery and structured data models.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize reporting efficiency.
Excellent stakeholder management with a strong ability to listen empathize and translate feedback into solutions
