Finks Store Manager
Finks Jewelers is seeking Store Manager candidates for roles in Virginia North Carolina and Tennessee. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in providing a clear communication link between all parts of the business and must ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences by leading and managing a high performing team and delivery of performance targets.
This individual must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills a keen sense of customer service a passion for and demonstrated excellence in sales performance and a polished and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail service experience required; prior management and luxury jewelry/timepiece sales a plus.
- A passion for and demonstrated excellence in sales performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies clienteling sourcing new clients and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Evaluate the performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities; create and modify action plans for the continuous development of staff.
- Stay current with market competition industry jewelry/watch trends and client shopping behaviors.
- Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
- Support an environment of teamwork trust and collaboration with peers clients and supervisors.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
