Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Electrical & Electronic (EE) Test & Validation Engineer to support the development and quality assurance of next-generation automotive systems.
This role focuses on system-level and vehicle-level validation of EE functions ensuring that all electrical and electronic features operate reliably safely and in line with design requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
The role involves working in a modern automotive development environment with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure end-to-end system quality and integration.
The scope covers key EE domains including: Charging (HV) ADAS Body Electronics Connectivity Diagnostics and Safety systems.
- Perform validation of EE systems at ECU subsystem and full vehicle level.
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on system requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct functional integration and system-level testing on bench setups simulation environments and real vehicles.
- Analyze test data logs and signals to evaluate system behavior and identify issues.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.
- Ensure full traceability between requirements test cases and defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and project milestones.
- Report test progress risks and validation results to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Mechatronics Automotive Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in automotive EE testing or system-level validation (ECU / system / vehicle level).
- Preferred: hands-on experience with vehicle-level testing or automotive development projects.
- Good understanding of automotive EE architecture and ECU interactions.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN/ LIN/ Ethernet/ UDS/ DoIP.
- Experience using testing or diagnostic tools such as CANoe CANalyzer or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of automotive development and testing processes (V-model / V&V).
- Strong logical thinking problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) including technical reading and reporting.
