Window World of Youngstown is looking for a hands-on Installation Manager who is as comfortable bending metal on a brake as they are navigating a difficult conversation with a homeowner. As part of the Moran familys network of locations we dont just sub out work and hope for the bestwe lead our teams with integrity and a focus on the Window World Way.
This isnt a desk job. Its a role for a problem-solver who can manage personalities enforce high standards and represent our brand when the pressure is on.
The Role: Management Mentorship and Resolution
Leader of the Field: You are the primary point of contact for our installation crews. Youll manage schedules oversee quality and ensure our standards are met on every job site.
The Face of Resolution: When a customer is upset or a project hits a snag you are the one who steps in. Youll use your product knowledge and people skills to turn headaches into five-star reviews.
Bridge the Gap: Youll work closely with the General Manager and office staff to ensure the field knows what the office is doingand vice versa.
Hands-on Support: You arent afraid to get your hands dirty. Whether its coaching a new tech or troubleshooting a complex install you lead by doing.

The Field Knowledge: You have deep experience in replacement windows doors and siding. You know the tools you know the techniques and you can spot a shortcut from a mile away.
People Management: You know how to motivate independent contractors and internal technicians alike. You can be firm when necessary but always fair.
Conflict Resolution: You have a thick skin and a calm head. You excel at de-escalating upset customers by showing them the value and quality of our process.
Detail Obsession: You understand that in this business a 1/4-inch mistake is a big deal. You ensure the job is done right the first time.
Professionalism: Valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check are required.
