Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
- Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages
- Managing patient check-in/check-out processes
- Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
- Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software
- Re-engaging inactive members
- Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals
- Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization
- Working collaboratively with doctors and team members
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be willing to travel within a 15-mile radius if needed
Full-shift availability required.
- Monday Friday: 9:45 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:45 AM 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:45 AM 5:00 PM
