Client Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote role for someone who enjoys helping others working independently and taking ownership of the details behind the scenes.

No previous travel experience is necessary. Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are included.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Help organize itineraries schedules confirmations and travel information
• Provide timely updates and respond professionally to questions
• Keep client details accurate organized and easy to follow
• Track important dates tasks and planning milestones
• Support each client throughout the process from start to finish

Customer service client care hospitality scheduling administrative or planning experience is beneficial but not required.
