Weekend Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) Caregiver

What Youll Do

As a Weekend Float DSP youll provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of residential programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety teamwork and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting independence and community involvement
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meals medication administration and personal care
• Maintaining a safe positive environment
• Traveling between assigned programs as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid drivers license preferred/required
• Experience in caregiving DSP CNA mental health or healthcare is helpful but we will train the right person!
