Job Title: Warehouse / Operations Associate

Location: Independence Ohio

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Operations Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling coirloc bags lockers and trailers managing inventory loading and unloading trucks and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented safety-conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble coirloc bags lockers and trailers according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a tow motor (forklift) to move materials and products
• Assist with inventory control counting and organization
• Maintain accurate records using company computer systems
• Keep warehouse clean organized and compliant with safety standards
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Make deliveries using company vehicles (if hired on and authorized)

Qualifications

• Resume required to be considered
• Valid drivers license required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift/tow motor experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
