Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate company. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks client communication scheduling lead management and day-to-day operations to help ensure smooth business performance and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars appointments meetings and property showings
- Respond to emails calls and client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain CRM systems and update client/property information
- Coordinate with agents buyers sellers vendors and contractors
- Prepare documents contracts presentations and reports
- Assist with listing management on real estate platforms and social media
- Conduct online research and data entry tasks
- Track deadlines transactions and follow-ups
- Organize digital files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant or real estate assistant preferred
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
